Social media reacts to Big Ten's return to a fall college football season

Big Ten football is back.The conference announced Wednesday that the football season will resume the weekend of Oct. 24.

Teams, players and coaches took to social media to share their excitement on the return.

Plus, former Ohio State and current NFL players chimed in on getting to see Justin Fields and the Buckeyes take the field this season:

Dwayne Haskins: "I'm excited for the Big Ten. I wish they had more games. I'm looking forward to Ohio State whooping on the team up north for the next 30 years of my life ... I'm excited for Justin to showcase his talent."

Chase Young: "Definitely excited to see Justin and those boys do their thing. There are a few guys on that team that this year is their last year and one of their only chances to put some plays on film. I'm glad they'll be able to get that chance."

Ezekiel Elliott: "I think it's exciting for those guys to be able to not lose this year and be able to have a season and be able to go out there and compete. It's going to be a little cold for those guys. I'm glad they're happy to be able to be out there and compete this fall."
