Taxi crashes into Loop building

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A car crash sent a taxi careening into the corner of a downtown building early Sunday morning.

The taxi crashed into the corner of the Walgreen's on Clark Street and Lake Street in the Loop.

A passenger in the taxi was taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay.

The store was closed at the time.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
