DUI Cases Questioned In Court

There are questions swirling in court about hundreds of DUI cases and a decorated state trooper behind them all.  After months of digging through public and court records, the ABC7 I-TEAM uncovers growing concerns from attorneys and drivers.  Some drivers say they were wrongfully arrested by an awarded state trooper called a "hero" who's making the state's streets and highways safer.
