EVANSTON, Ill. (WLS) -- There's a new safety feature that brings peace of mind for those who live in Evanston.
The emergency communication bracelet program just launched.
It's designed for those with disabilities and can help prevent lost or missing persons.
Lauren Ruiz, the Inclusion & Accessibility Division Manager for the City of Evanston, joined ABC7 to talk about how the program works, who might be a good fit for it and how it helps first responders.
