LOS ANGELES -- Civil rights groups allege that some agents involved in immigration raids in Los Angeles last summer used racial slurs when referring to some of the people detained during the operations.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the allegations were disclosed in court filings after the groups asked a federal judge to bar agents from making stops based on racial profiling.
