Water Spout over Puget Sound caught on camera

SEATTLE, Wash. (WLS) -- An incredible weather phenomenon was caught on camera in Washington state.

A man was working on top of a cell phone tower when he shot video of a water spout over the Puget Sound.

Waterspouts are common around Florida, but they're very rare in the Pacific Northwest and this one triggered the first tornado warning for the Seattle area in 45 years.

The last one was in 1969.
