The accident happened around 3 a.m. Sunday at Dearborn and Randolph.
Police say it involved a taxi and a van. One of the vehicles ended up crashing into the front of the Petterino's restaurant on that corner.
One of the drivers was taken to the hospital in serious condition. The other driver is in good condition.
