Josephine 'Mother' Wade honored at Evening of Honor and Love

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago restaurant owner Josephine Wade was recognized Thursday night during an Evening of Honor and Love.

Customers know her better as Mother Wade. She's the co-owner of the south side restaurant formerly called Captain's Hard Times. It's now known as Josephine's Cooking.

Organizers wanted to let Wade know how much the community appreciates her.
