Charges filed in deadly West Side crash

Marlon Tate was killed and two others were hurt seriously, after a van and car collided at Kostner and Jackson around 11 p.m. Thursday.

Tracy Bolden, 37, has been cited with drunk driving, speeding and reckless driving.

Investigators believe slippery roads were also a factor in the crash.
