Police are investigating. So far, no suspects have been arrested.
Teen shot dead while riding bike
July 29, 2009 (CHICAGO) That deadly shooting happened at Homan Avenue and 59th Tuesday afternoon.
The victim has been identified as Noel Ruiz. He was pronounced dead at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn.
