Lake County Sheriff's Police found Richard Gallatin camping near the campground at Chain O'Lakes State Park. A warrant went out for his arrest last week.
Also last week, Gurnee police released surveillance video of a man officers thought was Gallatin walking around a convenience store.
He allegedly abducted a woman from the Gurnee Mills parking lot and attacked her last month.
Gallatin faces numerous felonies.
