Since then, numerous searches for her body or clues to her disappearance have turned up nothing.
Her husband, former Bolingbrook Police Sergeant Drew Peterson, remains a suspect in her disappearance. He is in a Will County jail awaiting trial for the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. He has denied involvement in either case.
