New twist in Silicon Valley murder mystery

The District Attorney's office says hair, clothing, and shoes found in the home of the man accused of killing Jeanine Harms weren't hers. In fact, investigators say the hair was from a wig.

Harms, 42, disappeared in 2001. The man suspected of killing her -- Maurice Nasmeh -- was shot to death at a San Jose coffee shop in January by Harms' brother.

The wig, clothing, and shoes were found in Nasmeh's home after he was killed.
