Postal worker accused of stealing credit cards

November 23, 2011 (JOLIET, Ill.)

Chinita Liggins and her husband Tillman Liggins were arrested on Monday. They face several charges including identity theft.

Investigators say several people living along Liggins' route complained they never received credit cards they were expecting.

Prosecutors say the couple used the credit cards to buy wigs, video games and auto parts.
