The magazine said the schools were rated on quality of teaching, career prospects high graduation rates and low-levels of debt.
Three other Illinois schools are in the top 100.
Northwestern University is No. 22, the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana is 89 and Wheaton College is ranked at 99.
