Prosecutors say Carly Rousso was behind the wheel when a car jumped a curb in the 700-block of Central Avenue, striking 5-year-old Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento, her mother, and her two brothers on Labor Day. The young girl was laid to rest after her funeral in Highwood Tuesday.
Rousso's bond was increased to $50,000 before she was released. She is charged with DUI.
