Man found dead near Des Plaines in likely hit-and-run

Ronald Bougan, 52, was found near Touhy and I-294 by a bicyclist. He's from nearby Park Ridge,

Relatives say he often walked or rode his bike in the area. An autopsy will be conducted Tuesday.
