WASHINGTON (WLS) -- Packs of runners stripped down and braved last weekend's frigid weather in Washington, D.C. for the "Cupid's Undie Run."
Participants ran in their underwear to raise money for the Children's Tumor Foundation. Large crowds turned out for the race despite cold temperatures.
However, the event was shortened due to race organizers' concerns about the frigid weather. The city's Cold Emergency Plan, which is activated when wind chills drop to 15 degrees or lower, remains in effect until Tuesday morning.
