Families invited for day of educational activities in Joliet

JOLIET, Ill. (WLS) -- The "Pirate and Princess: Power of Doing Good" tour made a stop in Joliet on Wednesday.

Families were invited for a day of activities aimed at teaching children ages 2-7 about caring for nature and animals, as well as helping others.

Disney Jr. was one of the sponsors. Disney is the parent company of ABC7.
