Pit bull found in duffel bag fights for life

CHESTER, Pa. -- Duffy, a 16-week-old puppy, is fighting for her life after being abandoned and left in a duffel bag.

The pit bull was discovered Wednesday under a park bench in Chester, Pa.

A local officer rushed the dog to the Delaware County SPCA where she is being treated for heat stroke and parvovirus.

Duffy, named by SPCA staff members, is in critical condition.
