Daily Herald: High school and community college partnerships

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Half the high school graduates attending community colleges need some type of remedial help, mostly in math. But, mostly through partnerships between community colleges and high schools, suburban educators are beginning to see improvements in the numbers.
