Emily Rivera, 9, located after reported missing from Northwest Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 9-year-old girl is safe with her family Thursday night on Chicago's Northwest Side.

Emily Rivera's family reported her missing after she didn't return home from school.

Eyewitness News was there as Rivera reunited with her family. We're told she was safe the entire time, but was unable to reach her family.
