Cheese twins share wine and cheese pairing tips

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Wine and cheese are two of the easiest things to serve when entertaining.

When paired right, wine and cheese can be seriously impressive.

The cheese twins, Michael and Charles Kalish, came to the ABC7 studio to offer some tips of the trade.

The Kalish brothers will be in Chicago all weekend at Chicago Gourmet. The event features celebrity chefs, interactive culinary demonstrations, and tastings.

The event will take place at Millennium Park on Saturday and Sunday.
