Fort Bragg soldier does two hour salute on Memorial Day

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- A Fort Bragg paratrooper is issuing a challenge -- to honor those who serve.

The soldier from the 82nd Airborne set out to do a two hour salute on Skibo Road as a tribute to active duty, retired, reserve and military family members.

The idea was taken from a retired Marine who did a three hour salute.

The paratrooper hopes to inspire a viral internet challenge to honor everyone who has served.
