SB I-57 opens after multi-vehicle crash near Cal-Sag Channel

CHICAGO (WLS) -- All southbound lanes of I-57 have reopened near the Cal-Sag Channel after they were blocked by a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.

Illinois State Police said three cars were involved in the crash. Minor injuries have been reported.
