CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man accused of posing as a psychologist saw two of his charges upgraded to Class 4 felonies on Friday.
Because of repeat violations, Scott C. Redman was charged with two felony counts of rendering services without a license. He also now faces federal charges for writing prescriptions.
The I-Team spoke with one of Redman's former patients, who is upset because he didn't serve prison time after being convicted in her case.
Redman's public defender has not returned calls seeking comment.
