CHICAGO (WLS) -- At least 18 people have been shot, two fatally, in gun violence across Chicago so far this weekend, police said.
ABC7 is tracking the shootings across Chicago from Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Man shot to death on Gage Park sidewalk: police
A man was shot to death on a Southwest Side sidewalk on Saturday afternoon, Chicago police said.
Police said the shooting happened in the Gage Park neighborhood's 5100-block of South Campbell Avenue around 4:30 p.m.
A 25-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds to his chest and head, police said.
The victim was transported in critical condition to Holy Cross Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His identity was not immediately released.
Area One detectives are investigating. Authorities did not immediately provide further information about the shooting.

Man shot in the back in Bronzeville, Chicago police say
A man arrived to the University of Chicago medical center after being shot in Bronzeville on Saturday, police said.
Chicago police said the shooting happened at about 6:42 a.m. in the 7900 block of S. Maryland Avenue, police said.
A 27-year-old man arrived to the hospital with two gunshot wounds to the lower back and two to the left foot.
CPD said the victim did not cooperate in the investigation.

Man shot in South Shore, Chicago police say
A man was shot on Saturday in the 2400-block of East 75th Street in the South Shore neighborhood, Chicago police said.
CPD said a 33-year-old man was outside when three unknown suspects got out of a black SUV and started shooting.
The victim was shot in the right leg and was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center and was expected to be OK.

Man shot while driving on West Side, CPD says
A man was shot while driving in the 2800-block of W. Monroe Street on Friday night, Chicago police said.

According to police, the shooting happened at about 11:37 p.m.
The 21-year-old victim walked into Mt. Sinai hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to the body.
He said he was driving when he heard a loud noise and felt pain.
CPD said he was expected to be OK.
