A teen suspect has now been charged with first-degree murder after a 13-year-old boy was fatally shot two months ago on the city's South Side, Chicago police said.
The teen, formerly known only as Jane Clinton Doe, had been fatally shot in the head, and her death was ruled a homicide, the nonprofit said.
