American Academy of Pediatrics urges vaccinations against measles

ELK GROVE, Ill. (WLS) -- The American Academy of Pediatrics joins the growing list of organizations urging parents to vaccinate their children against the measles.

The Centers for Disease Control now confirms 102 cases in 14 states, including Illinois, an increase from 91 cases confirmed on Friday.

Doctors linked more than half of the cases to visits to Disneyland in California or contact with a sick person there.
