Man with Alzheimer's missing from Addison located

ADDISON, Ill. (WLS) -- An 84-year-old man reported missing from west suburban Addison was found safe, police said.

Luis Sapien-Hernandez, who has Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and high blood pressure was reported missing after he didn't show up for a dentist appointment in far west suburban Winfield.

Police said he had not taken his medication in two days.

Late Tuesday night, police said Sapien-Hernandez was located. They did not release further details.
