CHICAGO (WLS) -- Dennis Hastert has been ordered to surrender on June 22 to serve his 15 month federal prison sentence for breaking banking laws by making illegal withdrawals to pay off a sexual assault victim.

Judge Thomas Durkin issued the one-line order Thursday afternoon. Hastert must surrender by 2 p.m. on June 22. Judge Durkin recommended he served his sentence at the Bureau of Prisons medical facility in Rochester, Minn. Hastert's lawyers will not comment on the location where Hastert will serve his sentence.

Hastert recently had a stroke and has other health problems. There are a limited number of federal prison facilities that can provide him care during his incarceration.
