Jason Chapman, 41, accused of downloading child porn to cell phone

OAK FOREST, Ill. -- An Oak Forest man has been accused of downloading child pornography to his cell phone

Prosecutors say 41-year-old Jason Chapman used his cell phone to receive and download pictures and videos after authorities found the files on his phone.

Chapman is being held on $500,000 bond.
