CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago hospital asked for help identifying a patient who is in critical condition.
He was brought to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center early last Saturday. Hospital officials said he was found in the 2000-block of North Humboldt Boulevard on Chicago's North.
The staff said the man is Hispanic, with a light complexion and looks to be in his mid-to-late 40s. He is 5 ft. 4 in. tall and weighs 135 pounds. He has dark hair, brown eyes and no tattoos or scars.
He was wearing a blue Chicago Cubs shirt, where the cub's face is covered with a bandana modeled after the city flag. He was also wearing a ling-sleeve waffle shirt, black cargo shorts, a brown belt with silver studs, a necklace with a silver skull-and-crossbones pendant and Nike high-tops.
Anyone who recognizes him should contact the Chicago police (911) or the hospital (773-296-7070).
