Poll: Security concerns cause decrease in online shopping

Security concerns are causing many to cut back on internet shopping.

One quarter of people surveyed by USA today said they have at least temporarily stopped buying online because of those concerns.

And more than half of those polled said they're sticking to large, well-known companies when buying online.

A majority said they've been checking their bank and credit card accounts more frequently to watch for hacking.
