CHICAGO (WLS) -- Robert Weaver, 47, is charged with three felony counts in connection with a robbery on a CTA Orange Line train over the summer.
Weaver, of Chicago, allegedly held up at least four passengers on an Orange Line train between the Halsted Street and Roosevelt Road stops on July 16, 2014. Weaver and another man got away with jewelry, cellphones and other valuables.
Chicago police released surveillance images of the suspects shortly after the robbery.
Weaver is expected to appear in court on Thursday.
