Former Parthenon chef sues founder and daughter

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The former chef of the now-closed Parthenon restaurant in Chicago's Greektown is suing the founder and his daughter.

Sotirios Stasinos says he owned a 25 percent share of the business. The lawsuit claims founder Christos Liakouras and his daughter took more than $870,000 from The Parthenon to fund other business ventures, and owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in state and federal taxes.

ABC7 Eyewitness News was unable to reach anyone for comment.
