Thieves break into vehicles at 15 locations on NW Side: CPD

Chicago police issued a warning after a group of suspects damaged and stole from vehicles, including mostly trucks and a vehicle belonging to a CPD officer, at a hotel parking lot and over a dozen other locations on the Northwest Side.
