1 of dogs featured in Puppy Bowl XXII from Chicago animal shelter

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Super Bowl matchup is set. But, for those not interested in football, there's always the Puppy Bowl.

Team Ruff will take on Team Fluff for the coveted Lombarky trophy.

And this year, one of the featured pups is from local rescue One Tail at a Time in Chicago.

Alli Rooney, marketing manager at One Tail at a Time and volunteer Candice Burgess joined ABC7 Chicago Monday to talk about the Puppy Bowl and some other exciting events.

Babe's Sports Bar in Logan Square will hold a Puppy Bowl XXII viewing party from noon to 3 p.m. Feb. 8.
