Doorbell camera captures clown-costumed 15-year-old accused in downstate Illinois murder

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (WLS) -- A doorbell camera captured footage of a teen who police say killed someone while wearing a clown costume.

It happened downstate in East St. Louis, Illinois on Monday.

Investigators say a body was found in the road.

They also say the 15-year-old suspect was captured on this video at a home nearby.

The teen is now in custody.
