4 injured in multi-vehicle crash in Batavia, police say

BATAVIA, Ill. (WLS) -- Four people were hurt in a crash involving three vehicles Wednesday in Batavia, police said.

One of the victims had life-threatening injuries.

The crash happened just at the start of the evening rush near Randall Road and Mill Street.

Batavia police said a Tesla was trying to turn left when it collided with a Dodge pickup truck.

A passenger in the Tesla suffered life-threatening injuries, police said.

A third vehicle was also involved, but was not badly damaged.
