The Philippines is known for breakfast that is full of flavor.
Chef and restaurant owner Kathy Vega Hardy joined ABC7 Chicago to make the dish.
She talked about Filipino breakfast, how to best cook rice, her restaurant and what it's like owning a small business.
She also touched on how she previously competed on Food Network, what she likes about cooking for others and what diners should look for on her menu.
