1 killed, 3 hurt in crash on Dan Ryan Expressway on South Side, Illinois State Police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A deadly crash shut down the Dan Ryan Expressway on the South Side, Illinois State Police said.

ISP said the crash happened at 12:57 a.m. on Saturday night on the southbound lanes at 91st Street.

ISP confirmed the vehicles were involved in a rollover crash.

One person died in the crash, ISP said.

At least three other people were taken to an area hospital with injuries, ISP.

All lanes reopened at 6:08 a.m.

No other information was available.
