Police investigating crash-and-grab robbery at Loop sandwich shop, video shows

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police were investigating a smash-and-grab robbery in the Loop Friday.

ABC7 was at the scene at about 5:50 a.m. at Clark and Van Buren streets at the Americana Submarine Shop.

Police told ABC7 crews that the crash appears to be a crash-and-grab.

So far, an official police report has not been released.
