Woman found stabbed to death in Albany Park, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A woman was found stabbed to death in a home in Albany Park, Chicago police said.

Chicago police said the woman was found at about 1:48 a.m. in the 4800-block of N. Avers Avenue.

The woman, whose age was not disclosed, was found with a stab wound in the neck.

Police said she died at the scene.

Nobody is in custody. Chicago police are investigating.
