
CHICAGO (WLS) -- A woman was killed and a man was hurt in a Gresham shooting on Saturday, Chicago police said.
The shooting happened at about 11:45 p.m. in the 8000-block of South Morgan Street, police said.
Police said the suspect started shooting into a group of people, striking two victims.

A 25-year-old woman was shot multiple times. She was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital where she died, police said.
A 36-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and in the right leg. He was taken to an area hospital and is expected to be OK.
No other information was available.
