Illinois State Police investigate shots fired on I-294 in SW suburbs

WORTH, Ill. (WLS) -- Illinois State Police investigated a report of shots fired in the Tri-State Tollway Tuesday morning.

The reported shooting took place in the northbound lanes of I-294 near 111th Street at about 3 a.m.
