
CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was stabbed during an argument on a CTA Blue Line platform on the city's Northwest Side early Saturday morning, Chicago police said.
Police responded to the Western stop in the Logan Square neighborhood around 12:20 a.m.
A 30-year-old man was on the platform when he started arguing with a male suspect, whose age was not immediately known, police said.
Police said the suspect took out a sharp object and injured the victim before fleeing the scene on foot.
The Chicago Fire Department treated the victim, who suffered a puncture wound to his hand, before he was transported to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
Area Five detectives are investigating. Authorities did not immediately provide further information.
