OLD JAMESTOWN, Mo. -- Three people were injured, and multiple homes were damaged in an explosion in St. Louis County, Missouri Monday morning.
According to Central County Dispatch, there was an explosion in Old Jamestown around 9:12 a.m., KMOV reported.
Multiple emergency agencies responded to the incident.

The Black Jack Fire Department chief said five buildings were on fire when they showed up to the area.
Dispatch confirmed that three people were injured, and taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is not yet known. Twenty homes were damaged, and three were destroyed.
Officials said they found no issues with gas-related infrastructure on the street.
They asked the public to avoid the area.
