OAK LAWN, Ill. (WLS) -- The Queen of Hearts Progressive Raffle is happening Wednesday night. It has happened for the last few Wednesdays at the "At The Office" Sports Bar & Grill in Oak Lawn. The goal is to help people with disabilities thrive.
