Tanya Navarro, 44, was a backseat passenger in a friend's disabled van when a truck driven by Finn Curran smashed into the back of it.

Attorney Joseph Murphy previously said Curran was over twice the legal limit when he hit the van.
On Friday, about two years after the crash, Curran pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated DUI causing death.
He was sentenced to four years and six months to be served at the Illinois Department of Corrections.
The court ordered that he receive addiction treatment and recommended that he be housed in low security. He'll be given credit for the 590 days he has already served.
Last year, Navarro's family filed a lawsuit against Curran and Rafferty's Irish Pub saying the then 22-year-old had ben over served. That case was settled over the summer.
